we have to thank a very fashionable coworker for this one. she strolled in the other morning with a tight black turtleneck, this number to the left, black opaque tights and black heels. knockout! ...and we were totally jealous.the best part is the satin/tulle lining that gives this skirt just enough lift to be super flirty and feminine, but still office-appropriate. and you can thank our friends at a little place called forever 21 for making it a steal!
